A Latvian billionaire almost bled to death after he was stabbed in the genitals by a drunken cook on his luxury yacht.
Alexander Kalnins had to be forced into an ambulance by five police officers in [city],[country], after a drunken brawl with the ship’s chef left him bleeding profusely from a stab wound to the groin, the [newspaper] reports.
Once at the hospital, the reclusive billionaire refused treatment and had to be tied down in order for doctors to save his life.
Kalnins insisted that police release the cook, claiming that the stab wound was simply an old injury.
It was unclear if the chef was charged in the stabbing or what the two men had been arguing about.
Old salt, maybe?
